Summary
In 1995, the English author and Holocaust denier Danial Irving sued Deborah Lipstadt for liable on the grounds that her book, Denying the Holocaust ruined his career as a historian by accusing him of distorting facts. In British courts, the onus is on the accused, rather than the accuser. Therefore, in this court case, the burden was on Lipstadt to prove that the holocaust did exist. The movie’s trial is interesting and it’s outcome has significant implications.

This movie should be seen by anyone who may need to stay in a nursing home or have a guardian at home.
